Christian Wilson, president of Yes Education, recently published his second book called "Quest for Ikigai: Create a Fulfilling Life".

Ikigai is a Japanese concept meaning "a reason for living". It refers to feeling fulfilled, having a sense of purpose in life, and finding joy in everyday activities. Ikigai can be seen as the intersection between what you are good at, what you love doing, what the world needs, and what you can be paid for. Practicing ikigai promotes balance and harmony between work and leisure, allowing people to achieve personal fulfillment while also making a difference in the world.
