Volunteers are invaluable resources!
Nonprofit organizations would not be able to function without the help of volunteers. Volunteers donate their time and resources to a cause they believe in, and in doing so, they make it possible for nonprofit organizations to achieve their goals. Without volunteers, nonprofit organizations would have to rely on paid staff, which would significantly increase their overhead costs. In addition, volunteers often have skills and talents that nonprofit organizations would not be able to afford to pay for. As a result, volunteers are an invaluable resource for nonprofit organizations. They provide the time, energy, and skills that are essential for nonprofits to achieve their missions.
