I keep my commitments.
“Desire is the key to motivation, but it's determination and commitment to an unrelenting pursuit of your goal - a commitment to excellence - that will enable you to attain the success you seek.
Mario Andretti
Just like my coworkers, I take responsibility for myself and others. When we work together as a team everyone has to pitch in or it doesn't get done; that includes me! My responsibilities are not only focused on what's happening right now but also long-term goals like reputation management so people will still want to hire us after projects have finished up (and if you ever need any help with anything please don’t hesitate).
I make sure to keep both my family and job happy by balancing things out. I don't let the negative parts get me down, because there are always people who benefit from what we do together! It's important that you trust your partners in this life - so if they break a promise or two on time management (or anything else), just know it might be difficult at first but eventually everything will go back into focus again with some patience & understanding.
Today, I show the world that no matter what happens to me in life - whether it's good times or bad- all of my promises will be kept.
Self-Reflection Questions:
1. How can I keep my commitments during times of illness or other tragedies?
2. What can I do to remember my commitments faster and easier?
3. How can I help my coworkers understand their responsibilities in a positive way?
