I power my life with joy, purpose, and the fearless use of my strengths.

Ikigai with Aloha is a gentle, structured journey to help you name your calling, balance your life, and create a practical plan that serves your community—without burning out.

Find your purpose by aligning what you love, what you’re good at, what the world needs, and what you can be paid for—then anchor it in the Spirit of Aloha: love, presence, responsibility, and care for people and place.

What is Ikigai (with aloha)?

Ikigai is a Japanese concept often described as a “reason for being”—the felt sense that your life has meaning and direction. Aloha is more than a greeting; it’s a way of living with love, humility, and mutual responsibility.

Ikigai with Aloha brings them together so your purpose isn’t only personal—it’s relational, local, and sustainable. You’ll design a life that feels good in your body, clear in your mind, and steady in your spirit.

The promise

This experience helps you move from “What am I meant to do with my life?” to “Here is my next faithful step.” You’ll leave with a clear purpose statement, a balanced weekly rhythm, and a simple plan you can actually follow.

You won’t be asked to become a different person. You’ll be guided to become a more aligned version of who you already are—grounded, brave, and useful.

Who this is for

This journey is for you if you feel called to grow, but you want structure that still feels gentle. It’s for people who care about family, faith, community, and meaningful work.

It’s also for anyone who wants to “finish strong”—building a legacy of love, service, and steady character, not just achievements.

Your “Three Hearts” alignment (mind, body, soul)

Ikigai becomes sustainable when your three hearts align: your mind (clarity and truth), your body (energy and health), and your soul (values and higher purpose). When these three hearts integrate, you experience inner wholeness—deep meaning, emotional peace, and grounded momentum.

This program keeps asking one essential question: does this path bring you more alive while also making you more loving, responsible, and consistent?

The method: turn hope into action

Hope matters, but hope alone can stay passive. We turn hope into a living plan using this simple equation:

Preparation (growth) + Attitude (belief) + Opportunity (open door) + Action (follow-through) = Positive outcomes and impact.

You’ll practice moving from thought to impulse to organized effort—so your purpose becomes your lifestyle, not just your inspiration.

What you’ll do inside the journey (14 steps)

1) Welcome (grounding + place)

A short check-in grounds the experience in who you are and where you live.
Prompts include: “In a few words, how are you feeling about your life direction right now?” and “What do ikigai and aloha mean to you?”

2) Your Ikigai foundations (the four circles)

You’ll explore the four classic elements: what you love, what you’re good at, what the world needs, and what you can be paid for.
Prompts include: “If money were handled, how would you spend your days in service and joy?” and “What kinds of work could you be paid for using your strengths?”

3) Mission, passion, vocation, service (make it concrete)

4) Life domains & Aloha balance (your real life, 24 hours)

You’ll map key domains: Faith, Family, Friends, Happiness, Health, Hope, Self, Service, Sustainability, School/Work/Commute, Sleep/Rest. Then you’ll compare “ideal vs actual” using a 24-hour reality check—including a gentle look at phone screen time.

You’ll identify what’s strong, what’s out of balance, and one small act of aloha you can bring into each area that needs care.

5) Relationships, work, growth, adventure, legacy

You’ll zoom in on everyday roles and long-term impact: who you love, what you’re building, and what you want to be remembered for. This step protects you from chasing goals that look good but don’t feel true.

You’ll also name the kinds of adventures that make you feel fully alive—because joy is not a reward, it’s fuel.

6) Logic model: your Aloha Plan

You’ll turn insight into a practical model: Inputs, Activities, Processes, Outputs, Outcomes, Impacts. This keeps your purpose from staying vague.

You’ll walk away with a plan that fits your current season, resources, and energy.

7) Clarity: who, what, where, when, why, how

This step gives your calling “sharp edges” so it can live in the real world. You’ll name your people, your offer, your context (online/home/community), and your schedule.

You’ll also choose simple KPIs—signals that show you you’re on track, without turning life into a spreadsheet.

8) SMART goals with aloha

You’ll shape one priority goal into a SMART goal that feels kind and doable. The focus is clarity without self-pressure.

You’ll define what “done” looks like and when you’ll review, adjust, or recommit.

9) SWOT of your Ikigai path

You’ll name Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats with honesty and self-respect. This creates resilience—because you plan for friction instead of being surprised by it.

You’ll also choose aloha-based responses to likely obstacles (burnout, distraction, fear, people-pleasing).

10) Habits & measures of success

You’ll draw from Covey’s 7 Habits and “How to Measure Your Life” style reflection: relationships, integrity, contribution, and inner peace. This step helps you define success beyond money or status.

You’ll pick daily/weekly habits that protect your mission and your nervous system.

11) Priorities: Eisenhower matrix + Pareto 80/20 rule

You’ll organize actions into urgent/important and identify the few inputs that create most of your results. This is where your schedule starts matching your values.

You’ll also choose what to reduce—so your life has space to breathe.

12) Emotional transformation & healing

You’ll name what you feel now and what you want to become: bitterness to joy, confusion to peace, insecurity to safety, loneliness to connection. This step honors the heart, not just the plan.

You’ll identify one healing action that’s small enough to start and real enough to matter.

13) Time audit (total 24 hours)

You’ll map your day across core categories: Faith, Family, Friends, Health, Hope, Self, Service, School/Work/Commute, Sleep/Rest. This creates alignment without shame.

The goal is integrity—your calendar matching your calling more often. Replacing meaningless TV, games and screen time with impactful use of your time.

14) Future-self: finish strong

You’ll imagine yourself at the end of a well-lived life and receive “mirror advice” from that future version of you. This creates courage and tenderness at the same time.

You’ll leave with one next step that your future self would be proud you took.

What you get (deliverables)

You’ll receive a clear purpose statement, an Ikigai map, and a life-balance snapshot you can revisit each month. You’ll also build a one-page Aloha Plan (logic model + weekly rhythm + KPIs).

Most importantly, you’ll gain a way to make decisions that feel steady: “Does this deepen joy, strengthen purpose, and use my strengths in love?”

Quote: “Joy is my power source, purpose is my compass, and my strengths are my gift to give with aloha.”

Mantra: “Breathe. Choose love. Use my strengths. Take the next small step.”
